USA Weekend Box-Office Summary: Dec. 12, 2008

In a less than amazing weekend, the newest film on the big screen took the crown, The Day the Earth Stood Still – dethroning Four Christmases after 2 weeks on top of the box office list. The top 10 has remained basically the same for the last 5 weekends, so you won't see much a difference here. One thing to note is that movie-goers aren't showing up as much as they were a few weeks ago. The entire top 10 didn't even top $80M.
