la PanotiQ Bakeries (San Francisco)

I began doing freelance work for la Panotiq in February 2016 through Upwork. I worked on three initial projects, and accepted a fourth towards the end of our initial contract. The projects are detailed below. I continue to work with la Panotiq on other projects as requested. Those are detailed below as well. The list is of work below is chronological.

February/ March 2016: Launch of a “Wine Bites” menu

LPQ introduced a new special happy hour and late night menu at select locations. The project launch included writing and scheduling social media posts on 5 of their Facebook locations and Twitter. Scheduling was done in Hootsuite.

March 2016: Introduction of a kid’s menu

A kid’s menu was introduced at all locations. Promotion included special events at each location, some minor menu and sampling offers that varied by location, and scheduling on Facebook and Twitter. Scheduling was completed in Hootsuite.

March – May 2016: Grand opening of Berkeley location/ GrubHub ordering introduction

The Berkeley location opening was a challenging project. It was a great project for working with a client with changing deadlines and inherent challenges that come with that. Promotion was done by writing social media posts on Facebook and Twitter via Hootsuite, and then extensive posts to only the Berkeley Facebook page. Additional posting was done to drive likes to the new Berkeley location.

GrubHub

Introducing ordering on GrubHub was a quick project to write copy that was available at only a few select locations. Again, all content was scheduled via Hootsuite and Facebook directly.

May 2016: Website copy editing and writing

This project is currently on-going.
